Imeksbank to issue B-series bonds worth UAH 150 mln

| Imeksbank is about to issue B-series bonds worth UAH 150 mln, according to the official news bulletin “State Committee for Securities and Stock Market News” (#225) According to this source the bank is planning to place 150,000 bonds at par price of UAH 1,000 through public offering. Coupon yield for coupon periods 1-4 is set at 13.5%. Primary placement is scheduled for the period from December 3, 2007 till March 3, 2008, it will be carried out by OOO Troika Dialog Ukraine. |
