Global weakness weighed on Ukrainian bonds yesterday, with the local political noise also not being helpful. As a result, the curve closed 1pt lower, with the recent pattern of very low volumes firmly in place. Not much was going on in the corporate space: some sellers in AVINPU and UKRLAN were chasing non-existing bids, leading to aggressive repricing there; Metinvests remained stuck in low-40s, which makes Ferrexpo’s mid-50s and PUMBUZ’s mid-70s look rather odd.
