The sovereign initially moved strongly higher, recovering from Tuesday’s weakness, only to see sellers re-emerge and force prices to close unchanged. So far, the 100 level on the 19s is proving hard to crack though, was quite close at one point. Quasi-sovereigns saw very strong bids in the morning, then gave up some of the gains but still finished 0.25pt higher. Corporates were calm but well bid.
